STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We send many of our guests to the Caves as part of exploring the beautiful Lowveld and what it has to offer. We felt that our staff also needed to experience this world-class presentation and took them there one afternoon. This was a great experience for all of them and was the subject of conversation for some time.
Another three of our staff members have completed the SA Host training and accreditation, an initiative of Theta (Tourism and Hospitality Seta) to encourage professionalism in the hospitality environment, funded by TEP (Tourism Enterprise Partner). Well done, Potego, Shirley and Aletta!
