|Blitz the following in a processor until smooth:||1 tin
|mango slices and its syrup
|Mix in the following:||1 tin||coconut Cream|
Heat the mixture in a pot and boil for 4 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.
Divide between 16 moulds and refrigerate until needed.
These panna cottas are ideal as a breakfast starter with fresh fruit or as a dessert with Pistachio Caramel and a swirl of chocolate.
