ALTERNATIVE COOKING WORKSHOP
This past weekend saw ten super enthusiastic cooks come together to produce meals of astronomically delicious proportions. We experimented with various flours, egg alternatives, milk substitutes, artful plating, and so much more. The emphasis was on solving real-life problems in the kitchen, environmental issues, healthy eating and cruelty-free offerings.
