As close to traditional ricotta as you can get! Packed full of almond flavour it lasts forever on the shelf before opened, and at least 7 days in the fridge afterwards.
Crumble over a salad or a pasta, spread on bread or a cracker.
Storage: two months before opening on the shelf in a cool dry place, thereafter 10 days in refrigeration.
