This particular meal is also great served cold as a salad with added almond pieces, finely chopped cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, red onions and more.
This is a delicious dehydrated one-pot-one-portion meal which is light and convenient to carry in a handbag, briefcase or backpack and effortless to prepare – simply pour into a small pot together with 1 cup of boiling water. Stand for 45 minutes, then bring to boil on the stove until all moisture has evaporated.
Storage: one month on the shelf in a cool dry place.
