Fruit Panna Cotta
Blitz the following in a processor until smooth: | 1 tin 90 g 2.5 ml 2.5 ml 5 ml |
mango slices and its syrup brown sugar agar-agar powder xanthan gum vanilla essence |
Mix in the following: | 1 tin | coconut Cream |
Heat the mixture in a pot and boil for 4 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes. Divide between 16 moulds and refrigerate until needed. These panna cottas are ideal as a breakfast starter with fresh fruit or as a dessert with Pistachio Caramel and a swirl of chocolate.
