he Seedling Plant-based Kitchen at Old Joe’s Kaia prepares meals for visitors by appointment. It also presents various types of plant-based cooking workshops for those wanting to learn more about preparing delicious meals the alternative way. These sessions can be presented either ONSITE (at Old Joe’s Kaia) or OFF-SITE as per the client’s requirements, optimising the hosts existing facilities.

Marian Cottle is a vegan chef with extensive training and facilitation experience in various fields. She was instrumental in converting Old Joe's Kaia’s kitchen to The Seedling vegan restaurant.
