We are a largely touch-starved society. Ground, energise and totally unwind with therapeutic massage. Spoil yourself by having a full body or back and upper body massage or you can opt for an Indian head massage, based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. If you are a sportsman you may need to have your muscles pampered and restored after intense exercise.Reflexology

Back massage – Renew your tired muscles with this massage that includes your head, neck, shoulders, arms, back, the back of the legs and your precious feet. R 525/60 min.
Reflexology – Delight your feet with this deeply healing and grounding treatment. R 525/60 minutes
Full body massage – This combines the back massage with an Indian head massage, face massage and foot massage for a total rewiring experience. R 735/90 min.
Indian Head, back and arm massage – relaxing the mind and alleviates tension from the upper body. R 420/45 min.

Benches are provided at various spots throughout the property. Find solitude here, reconnect with nature or read an interesting book from our library.

Swimming Pool
The pool in the bottom of the garden is surrounded by beautiful trees and is a peaceful and tranquil spot to relax in and soak up the sun. Swimming towels are provided in the rooms for residents.

7 Circuit Labyrinth
There is a 7-circuit classical labyrinth in the bottom of the forest. The path is lined with various species of indigenous plants which provide a kaleidoscope of colour at different times of the year. A fountain stream flows through the labyrinth and provides an ideal environment for many water loving creatures. The labyrinth is a serene spot to spend quiet time in contemplation. It is the ideal place to do some forest bathing, allowing your body to be engulfed and surrounded by the healing effects of Nature. This is a sacred ritual space under the stars and wide-open skies where ceremonial fires can be lit. It was created in memory of Damian, our late son and brother.
